Complaint procedure: 

  • Receipt of complaint by email or phone 
  • Logging in the privacy incident register 
  • Analysis by the responsible person 
  • Implementation of appropriate measures 
  • Communication of results to complainant 

You may also file a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly in the country, province, or state where you normally reside, where we are located, or where an alleged breach of data protection laws has occurred. 

A privacy incident refers to any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information as defined by law, as well as the loss of personal information or any other breach of its protection. 

Anyone who witnesses a privacy incident must immediately report it to the person responsible for the protection of personal information. Sénik will, as quickly as possible, take all necessary and reasonable measures to reduce the risk of harm and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. 

We maintain a record of all privacy incidents involving personal information. All information contained in the privacy incident log is retained for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of the incident.
