WHAT IS A HYBRID EVENT?

From a traditional in-person meeting to the complete on-line virtual streaming webinar, there is a wide variety of options and ideas that mixes the interactivity and the connectivity. These are called “Hybrid Events”.

A hybrid event will have the flexibility to adapt to the level of government safety measures at the time of the event and modulate in size depending on the budget allowed.

Nobody can predict the evolution of this pandemic. But the different stages of hybrid event offer enough flexibility to plan different level of solutions that can easily adjust to the reality and limitations at the time of the event. We can consider government safety measures and comfort level of participants to offer the best personalized event strategy.

Just doing a Zoom meeting will not be enough. The corporations that will go out of their way to offer exciting and engaging hybrid events will distinguish themselves and successfully reach their objectives.

Connecting, engaging and communicating with social distancing during these unprecedented times is essential!

This solution engages and connects the participant by including them in the event by receiving a physical packages at home. The day prior (or day of) of a virtual event, guests received a box with surprises and instructions. In the box, we can have food, alcohol décor, costumes, gifts etc. This box will be opened by participants during the event and will add excitement and engagement towards the event.

Using a professional studio and filming crew, participants will engage with the event using virtual tools like polling, chat and Q&A. We can have entertainment, multiple sets and decors.

IN-STUDIO EVENTS.

Create and entertain like a star .

This hybrid solution combines small local In-person events and a virtual connection. Multiple smaller events are held and virtually connected together with giant screens. They all listen to the main presentation at the same time and could enjoy a DJ set for dancing in each location. Dinner can be served, and décor can be used in each location.
