WHAT IS A HYBRID EVENT?
From a traditional in-person meeting to the complete on-line virtual streaming webinar, there is a wide variety of options and ideas that mixes the interactivity and the connectivity. These are called “Hybrid Events”.
A hybrid event will have the flexibility to adapt to the level of government safety measures at the time of the event and modulate in size depending on the budget allowed.
Nobody can predict the evolution of this pandemic. The day prior (or day of) of a virtual event, guests received a box with surprises and instructions. In the box, we can have food, alcohol décor, costumes, gifts etc. This box will be opened by participants during the event and will add excitement and engagement towards the event.

This hybrid solution combines small local In-person events and a virtual connection. Multiple smaller events are held and virtually connected together with giant screens. They all listen to the main presentation at the same time and could enjoy a DJ set for dancing in each location. Dinner can be served, and décor can be used in each location.
